  • 1 cold brew
  • Paper wafer discs
  • Cold water and ice
  • 10 g of coarsely ground Costadoro coffee per 100 ml of water

Preparation time: 5/6 minutes to prepare when boiling 3 – 6 hours of extraction

PHASE 01

Insert the metal filter into the top opening of the collection jug and place everything on the scale. After you have lightly washed the paper filter in water, place it in the metal filter.

PHASE 02
Add and weigh the coffee

Pour the Costadoro coffee into a metal filter, over a paper filter: for 600 ml of drink, the recommended amount is 60 g, which can vary depending on the intensity you want to get. The coffee layer must be evenly aligned inside the filter.

PHASE 03
Complete assembly and start dripping

Moisten a new paper filter and place it on top of the coffee. Next, place the same pitcher under a drip ampoule pre-filled with ice and cold water (preferably filtered or bottled) and allow the powder to wet evenly.

PHASE 04
Adjust the drip and finish the preparation

Use the knob to adjust the water flow to ensure a constant drip (one drop per second depending on the desired intensity). Let it drip until the water runs out. The result will be a clear and clean liquid that you can keep in the refrigerator for several days.
