Right of Withdrawal


In accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason for their decision. This period begins the day after the goods have been received.


The consumer may inform the company of the withdrawal by sending a message to the email address info@coffeetime.si, or via any other contact method provided by the company, or by using the withdrawal form attached to these general terms and conditions. The consumer must express their intent to withdraw clearly and unambiguously. If the consumer uses the withdrawal form, the company will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of such a form via email or another durable medium.


In the event of withdrawal, the consumer must either return or ship the received goods to the company’s address: Polje 9k, 6310 Izola, Slovenia. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date the consumer notifies the company of the withdrawal.


The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that is not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the company will reimburse all payments received without undue delay, using the same payment method originally used in the transaction, unless the consumer has explicitly requested a different method and provided that no additional costs are incurred by the company as a result.


The consumer must also provide their personal details (full name and contact information) along with the withdrawal notice. The company will refund the purchase price and any other payments no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. However, the refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or the consumer provides proof that the goods have been shipped.


The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the cost of returning the goods.


The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in cases specified in paragraph 5 of Article 43č of the Consumer Protection Act, including contracts:

 

  • for goods made to the consumer’s precise specifications or clearly customized to their personal needs;

  • for goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life.

 


If a voucher was used for payment (or part of the payment), the same value will be returned to the consumer as a voucher in the event of withdrawal.


If a promotional discount code was used during checkout, a new promotional code of the same value will be issued in the event of withdrawal.
