HOW TO MAKE COFFEE IN A CAFETERIA
The cafetier is said to have been invented in 1933 by Luigi de Ponti and Alfonso Bialetti, who got the idea while watching his wife wash clothes in a special boiler with a perforated pipe. They were thinking about a more practical and economical way to prepare coffee, which would not require an expensive machine that would take up a lot of space.
Big coffee lovers like to devote themselves to every cup of coffee they drink. If you are among them, you know that the world of coffee is endless, full of aromas and unforgettable experiences. That is why coffee connoisseurs say that every true coffee lover must try coffee from a cafeteria at least once in their life.
The procedure for correctly preparing coffee in the cafeteria:
Step 1: We need 5-7 g of coffee for 40-50 ml of water. The coffee should be ground slightly finer than for a filter and slightly coarser than for an espresso machine. In our store, you can already find just the right ground coffee in a can.
Step 2:
After you have checked that the cafeteria is well cleaned everywhere, fill the boiler with hot water, being careful not to cover the valve, as this will prevent problems in case of excessive pressure.
Step 3:
Fill the filter without pressing the coffee, rather straighten it by tapping it lightly or gently hitting the bottom of the kettle. This process will make it easier for the water to pass through the coffee, which will prevent it from burning.
Step 4:
Carefully screw the two parts of the coffee maker and place it on a flame that is not too high, and after pouring, remove the coffee maker from the heat, keeping the lid closed. Stir the coffee in the cafeteria slowly to mix all the stages of extraction.
