Shipping, Delivery Times, and Force Majeure
The cost of packaging and delivery is automatically calculated before order completion. If the customer chooses to collect the order at the company’s headquarters or places an order for a digital product, no packaging or delivery charges apply.
Orders placed on a working day before 11:00 AM and paid via credit card will be shipped on the same day, provided the products are in stock. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer or pro forma invoice, the goods will be shipped after the payment is received in the company’s bank account. Orders placed on a non-working day or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Products for which a longer delivery time is explicitly stated on the website will be delivered within the specified period.
If the company is unable to dispatch the goods within the promised timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed of the new delivery time using the provided contact information.
The company is not liable for non-delivery due to reasons beyond its control. However, it will take all reasonable steps to ensure prompt delivery and keep the customer informed about any possible delays from the supplier.
If the customer does not receive the goods within the agreed timeframe, they must formally request fulfillment and provide a reasonable additional period for the company to fulfill its obligation. If the company fails to deliver within this additional period, the customer may withdraw from the contract and request a refund of any amounts already paid.
The company is not liable for delivery delays or failure to deliver in the event of war, riots, demonstrations, government interventions, fire, floods or other natural disasters, import/export embargoes, or other similar or force majeure events beyond its control.
In all of the above cases, the delivery time is suspended for the duration of the force majeure circumstances. Once these circumstances cease, the delivery timeline continues.
