In the online store coffeetime.si, operated by Nackle d.o.o., we understand how important fast and reliable delivery of your favorite coffee, teas, machines, and other accessories is. In cooperation with leading logistics partners, we ensure that packages arrive safely and as quickly as possible at your address – whether you are ordering as a home beverage enthusiast or as a legal entity (café, hotel).
1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are typically processed and dispatched for delivery within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the first following business day. In case of an exceptional increase in order volume or temporary stock depletion, we will notify you immediately of any potential delays via email.

Important notice for international shipments (outside the EU):
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Western Balkan countries), import duties, customs fees, and/or local taxes may apply upon import. These costs are not included in the shipping price on our website and are entirely covered by the recipient (customer) upon package receipt.
3. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email address, containing a unique tracking number (Tracking Number) and a link to the logistics partner's website, where you can track the delivery progress in real-time.
4. Acceptance and Transport Damage
All products are carefully inspected and securely packed in protective packaging before shipment. The customer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt. If you notice that the package is physically damaged, its contents are missing, or it shows signs of tampering, you must immediately initiate a claim procedure with the delivery service (courier) and also inform us at our official email address.
5. Failed Delivery
If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier service will leave a notice about the arrived shipment with instructions for redelivery or pickup at the nearest pickup point or parcel locker. If you do not pick up the package within the specified period and it is returned to our address, we reserve the right to charge the actual costs of reshipment.
