The General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user (buyer), and the business relationship between the operator and the buyer. Please read the following terms carefully before using the website or placing an order. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to them in full.

1. Information Availability

The operator undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information before the conclusion of the contract or the submission of an offer:

  1. Company identity (name, registered office, company registration number, and tax number).
  2. Contact details for quick and efficient communication (email, address).
  3. Essential characteristics of the goods (including coffee machines, cups, coffees, teas, and preparations).
  4. Prices of the goods, clearly indicating whether they include VAT and shipping costs.
  5. Payment methods, delivery, and delivery times.

2. Product Offer and Prices

Due to the nature of online business, the offer and prices in the online store coffeetime.si may be updated and changed without prior notice.

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise (e.g., for the B2B portal).
  • Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity period.
  • The purchase contract between the operator and the buyer is concluded at the moment the buyer receives an automatic email confirmation of the order. From this moment on, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both the operator and the buyer.

3. Payment Methods and Delivery

The online store offers the following payment methods (depending on the current settings on your side):

  • Payment by payment cards / online payment.
  • Cash on delivery (upon receipt of the package).

Shipping costs and times are precisely defined in our Shipping Policy. For international deliveries outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Western Balkan countries), the buyer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods

The consumer (natural person) has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for their decision.

  • Return Conditions: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged, and unopened packaging and must not show signs of use. For hygiene reasons, opened food products (coffee, teas, hot chocolates) cannot be returned.
  • The costs of returning the goods are fully covered by the buyer. The operator refunds the purchase price exclusively for the returned product; the costs of the original postage are not refunded.

5. Purchase Options and Subscriptions

We offer users advanced purchase options, such as periodic subscriptions for coffee packages or pre-orders. The conditions for managing, temporarily freezing, or canceling these options are defined in the document Purchase options cancellation policy. Subscription cancellations must be arranged at least 48 hours before the next payment cycle.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The operator makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the information published on the coffeetime.si website. However, product features, delivery times, or prices may change so rapidly that the operator cannot update the information on the website in time. In such cases, the operator will inform the buyer of the changes and offer them the option to withdraw from the order or exchange the item.

Although we strive to provide accurate product photos, all photos should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee the actual characteristics or perfect matching of product colors (e.g., cups or machines).

7. Complaints and Disputes

The operator respects applicable consumer protection legislation and endeavors to fulfill its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system.

  • Complaints are submitted via the company's email address. The complaint handling process is confidential.
  • The operator will confirm receipt of the complaint within 5 working days and will keep the buyer informed of the process.
  • The operator and the buyer undertake to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the court in Koper is competent for resolving disputes.

In accordance with legal regulations, Nackle d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a consumer may initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.
