General Terms and Conditions – NACKLE d.o.o.

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) of the company NACKLE d.o.o., Polje 9k, 6310 Izola, Slovenia (hereinafter: the Company) constitute an integral part of all contracts concluded between the Company and the purchasers of products (hereinafter: the Customer).

The terms and conditions also apply to all offers, pro forma invoices, preliminary contracts, legal business statements, and other services arising from the business relationship between the company and the customer.

The terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store at www.coffeetime.si, user rights and obligations, and the relationship between the company and the customer.

Terms of use

  • These Terms shall take precedence over any other provisions or general terms and conditions of the customer, unless the company expressly excludes their application in writing.

  • These apply to all contracts and offers, including online orders.

  • By placing an order or signing a contract, the customer confirms their full agreement with these terms and conditions.

The company undertakes to always provide the following information on its website:

  • Description of products and services,

  • Availability,

  • Delivery terms (method, location, time),

  • Prices including VAT and additional costs,

  • Payment terms,

  • Withdrawal from contract conditions,

  • Liability for material defects,

  • Information on the complaint procedure.

 

Prices and payments

  • All prices on the website include VAT.

  • The price is binding upon order confirmation.

  • Payment methods: bank transfer (UPN) and payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

  • The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

 

Delivery

  • The cost of packaging and delivery is €3.95 for deliveries within Slovenia.

  • Delivery is available throughout Europe.

  • Pick-up is available at the company headquarters at no additional cost.

  • In the case of cash on delivery, the buyer covers the GLS commission in the amount of 1€.

 

Right of withdrawal

  • The consumer has the right to 14 days from receipt of goods withdraw from the contract without providing a reason.

  • Withdrawal is possible by notifying info@coffeetime.si or by submitting a completed form.

  • Goods must be returned to the company address within 14 days.

  • The only cost to the buyer is the cost of returning the goods.

 

Material defects

  • The company is liable for material defects in the products.

  • The customer must report any defects no later than eight days after receipt or discovery.

  • The company may rectify the defect, replace the product, or provide a partial or full refund.

 

Dispute resolution

  • The laws of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply to the interpretation of these terms.

  • In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be District Court in Koper.

  • The company does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
