If you use our advanced purchasing options, such as subscriptions (automatic recurring orders) or pre-orders, you can read the terms and the simple procedure for changing or canceling these options below.

1. Coffee and Beverage Subscriptions (Recurring Orders)

When you subscribe to regular delivery of your favorite products, payment and shipping are processed automatically at your chosen interval (e.g., monthly).

  • Full Flexibility: You can change your subscription at any time, postpone the next delivery date, change the quantity, or temporarily freeze it through your user account on coffeetime.si.

  • Cancellation Terms: You can cancel your subscription at any time without any costs or penalties.

  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations or changes to your subscription must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled rebill/shipment date. If you cancel your subscription later (after payment has been processed and the package handed over for packing), the cancellation will only take effect for the next cycle, and the order already initiated will be delivered.

2. Pre-orders

For certain exclusive items, limited coffee series, or new coffee machines that are about to be stocked, we offer pre-orders.

  • Pre-order Cancellation: You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before the item is actually shipped from our warehouse.

  • Refund: If you cancel a pre-order in time, we will refund the full amount paid in advance in the same way the payment was made, within 3–5 business days.

3. How to Make a Change or Cancellation?

You have two simple ways to manage your purchasing options:

  1. Independently via User Account: Log in to your profile on the coffeetime.si website, click on the "Manage Subscriptions" tab, and make your change or cancellation with a single click.

  2. Via Our Support: Write to us at our official contact email address (e.g., info@coffeetime.si) stating your order number, and your request will be processed as soon as possible.

4. General Terms

All purchasing options and any cancellations are subject to our general Return and Refund Policy (items must be unopened and unused for any subsequent returns). Nackle d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel purchasing options from our side if the product is permanently unavailable or if there is an error in the payment process.
