The King Cooler was developed for rapid cooling of coffee beans after roasting. The final cooling process after roasting is a very important step. If the beans are not quickly cooled to room temperature, the roasting process may continue due to thermal radiation between the beans. Freshly roasted coffee beans should rest for 3 to 4 days. Only in this way can full flavors be developed for pleasures in full taste.
