Asobu Cold Coffee - Cold brewer

Asobu Cold Brewer is a simple device that allows you to brew coffee in two different ways - cold brewing and traditional, hot coffee.

Cold brew is coffee prepared by soaking ground coffee in cold water for several hours. The coffee prepared in this way has a very delicate taste, with a little bitterness, and can be stored for several days.

Materials

The design is simple, clean, durable and made of high quality materials. It consists of an insulated jug, a handle, a cooking chamber with a lid and a filter.

The jug is made of stainless steel, closed, has a volume of up to 1 liter and maintains the temperature for several hours.
The cooking chamber is made of Tritan - a high-quality, BPA-free, food-safe plastic. The valve in its base is opened by pressing a button.
The fine filter keeps the sediment inside, keeping the brew clean.


Brewing

To prepare Cold Brew, simply pour 6 grams of ground coffee into the filter for every 100 ml of cold water. To brew a full mug, pour 54 grams of coffee into the filter and add 900 ml of cold water. Install the cover and close the tab. After 12-24 hours, open the tab and press the button to release the drink. Add some ice and it's done!

You can also make coffee! Use only hot water instead of cold and brew the coffee for 3-4 minutes. So simple!
