COLD BREW DRIPPER
COLD BREW DRIPPER
COLDBREWER
This dripper can make up to 10 cups of coffee
Fill the top bottle with water and ice. Set the drip to your preference and expect the brewing process to take about 3-7 hours. The result is beautiful, clean and sweet coffee.
1. DOSING AND GRINDING
As always, this depends on taste, but start with a basic ratio of 10g of coffee per 100g of water, so if you're making ½ litre, use 50g of coffee. Add the ground coffee to the stainless steel filter. Grinding should be a little finer than for other filter preparations.
2. WATER AND ICE
Fill the container to the top with a mixture of fresh ice and cold water, depending on the amount of coffee you are making.
3. DRIP RATE
Adjust the valve so that the water drips at a rate of about 1 drop/second or 1.5 seconds. Pay attention to the fact that as the amount of water decreases, the dripping time will increase. Try to keep the drip rate somewhere between 40 and 60 drops per minute throughout the brewing process.
4. SERVICE
Cold brew coffee is usually served in a glass filled with ice. The remaining coffee can be stored in the refrigerator for a day or two without any problems.
ENJOY!
The stainless steel coffee filter is designed so that you can use it as it is without filter paper. However, if desired, paper filters can be added both under the ground coffee and on top of the coffee (for even distribution of dripping water). The cooking cycle usually takes 3 to 5 hours.
