The grinder is equipped with 50 mm straight knives in hardened steel , made in Italy, with a special design for preparing both filtered coffee and espresso. Thanks to the stepless micrometric grinding adjustment system , patented by Eureka, it allows a very precise adjustment of the granulation according to the chosen preparation method.
