The body is made of high-quality 304 18/8 stainless steel, coated with a matte black food-safe paint. Its weighted plastic handle provides a counterweight and greater stability when pouring.
It is suitable for gas and electric hobs (not compatible with induction). With a specially profiled spout, it enables more precise and repeatable pouring of coffee in a Chemex or dripper and makes the process much more pleasant. A temperature gauge built into the lid allows you to accurately measure the water temperature displayed in both degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit.
