Features and performance

Based on the Anima series of espresso machines, the Magenta Plus inherits the same slim design with a width of less than 10 cm, tall spouts with 6 inches of space and the same updated brewing group that measures from 6.5 to 11.5 for each brew g of freshly ground coffee. The improvements start with a full color Magenta display that has clear icon navigation for all potion options and audio feedback to confirm selections. The one-touch drink offering will satisfy all coffee lovers, with espresso (x2), espresso lungo (x2), coffee (x2) and real americano available at the touch of a button. You can also prepare hot water for tea or cocoa and, most importantly, froth milk.

Each drink can be adjusted to the desired temperature, strength and volume. You can also choose the option of brewing pre-ground coffee using the bypass dispenser, or prepare two drinks in succession if you choose the espresso, espresso lungo or coffee options. You can set the hot water function to the amount you want, while the steam function will emit steam for as long as you want. A true commercial steam wand with a 1-hole tip takes some practice, but it produces the best frothed milk of any super-automatic machine on the market.

Not only the cooking performance has been improved, but also the aesthetics of the appliance, which has been updated in a similar way to the Cadorna series. In addition to the color display, attention has also been paid to the composition of the spout and drip tray, adding striking red accents, a secure magnetic lid and a subtle but ingenious stainless steel cup platform that can be attached to the front of the machine to prevent sprinkling when cooking into smaller cups.
