The Gene Cafe has established itself as a great home coffee roaster that can roast around 250g of evenly roasted coffee. Ideal for both beginners and more experienced home coffee roasters.

With simple buttons for time and temperature control and an easy-to-view glass chamber, the user can observe the entire roasting process. The CBR-101 uses a unique twisting, off-axis chamber rotation that ensures perfect distribution of green coffee during roasting. This movement is one of the main reasons for the uniform color of roasted coffee.
